Beardyman / Beardyman

Beardyman is a virtuoso beatboxer. The BBC labelled him the "King of Sound and Ruler of Beats."

The London based musician has been developing his sound-making skills since the tender age of 3. Later on, he saw Rahzel perform, which was of paramount importance to him, and spurred him on to pursue a career in music. In 2006, Beardyman became UK Beatbox Champion and retained his title in 2007, making him the first beatboxer in UK history to win 2 championships in a row.

In his live shows, Beardyman utilzes cutting-edge sound manipulation technology to shape dance-inducing layered rhythms and sonic soundscapes into fully produced songs, all improvised and created entirely from the human voice. No pre-recorded material is used in the process, and everything is created live and in real time in front of the audience.
